Ivy Hills Havanese
Millie (AKC CH. Ivy Hills One In A Million)

Millie earned her name by being a singleton puppy.  Her parents are Gracie (GCH. Simcox's Saving Grace) and Bart (GCH. Oeste's Havnfun Playin An Outlaw.  It was a surprise for me and my plans but when you are flying across the country to breed your dog, the stress can play a part in the number of puppies and this is one instant where timing or stresses were against me.  Talk about putting all of your dreams into one package!  Millie has grown into a lovely young lady who believes the world revolves around her.  Her mother, Gracie is her best buddy and their connection is strong.  I look forward towards showing this beautiful girl!

Millie started her show career in Troy, Oh at six months of age.  She won the bred by class both days and ended up with reserve winners on Sunday.  Not bad for a baby!

We then traveled up to Monroe, MI for the LEHC specialty.  She was in a class of 13 bred by bitches.  She placed in her class all three shows.  She won her class for the specialty then went on to win Winners Bitch over 26 other bitches to earn a 5 point major!

Millie has done it again!  In Canfield, Millie won Winners bitch and Best Of Winners under Judge Marjorie Underwood for a five point major!  She now only needs five single points to obtain her championship.  She did all of this in three shows!  For only having one puppy in the litter, all I can say is WOW.

Our next show was Muncie, Indiana.  Millie won two of the four days.  She ended up needing one point to finish.  We then went to the Kentucky Horse Park to the Bluegrass Classic.  Millie won Winners, Best Of Winners to her championship.  She then won Best Of Opposite over her sister Clare and Best Of Breed Owner Handler!

Millie will start her specials career in October 2012.  She is continuing to grow into a spectacular show dog and I see nothing but great things ahead for her.

Great things were in store for our beautiful girl!  I took Millie and Clare down to Florida to the Eukanuba National Championship.  Millie won Best Of Opposite sex!  It was an outstanding win for her!

News flash!!!

Millie wins select bitch at the regionals during the HCA 2013 Havanese Nationals!  She has grown into a gorgeous girl.
